Dr Nick Udall – CEO of nowhere, creative catalyst, author, speaker, edge-walker.
Contact Nickdisruptive by nature, creative by design.
Nick never aimed to become a CEO, a thought leader, or a transformation guru.
Instead, he went looking for what most people miss and misunderstand – the invisible dynamics that shape how we turn up, relate, think, lead, meet and organise. The meaning behind the stuff we do.
Raised in the space between art and science, freedom and discipline, Nick saw early on that the world’s most wicked problems won’t be solved or transformed by the mindset and state of consciousness that created them.
And neither will your organisation.
If you want to transform your organisation, and tune your culture, you need to shift your consciousness; because real change starts at the top with leaders who can hold more complexity, move with creative flow and operate at a radically higher energetic frequency.
Originally trained as a product designer, Nick was a C-suite whisperer by the age of 22.

He went on to earn a PhD in consciousness and creativity, launch the Design Transformation Group, study with ancient and modern wisdom teachers, and co-found nowhere – a living experiment in consciousness, creativity, commerciality and community.
Nowhere
For nearly 30 years, nowhere has been developing and refining a catalytic practice that unlocks insane levels of productivity, creativity and performance – especially inside large, legacy, complex organisations.
Transformation isn’t a to-do list. It’s a pattern shift. And you don’t do it one leader at a time.
Which means you need to move beyond traditional and linear approaches to leadership and change, as they are grossly insufficient for today's complex, fast-moving and ambiguous world. They just don’t cut it anymore.

This is why nowhere has developed a catalytic practice rooted in deep presence, strategic flow, and the creative power of emergence and coherence — where breakthrough happens by design, not by accident.
This ethos is encapsulated in their name: now•here (nowhere / now-here), symbolising the convergence of presence and potential.
As a thought leader and practitioner, Nick is renowned for pioneering frameworks like the creative rollercoaster, flow of leadership and pattern-based thinking – making them real, usable and transformative.
To Nick, true leadership is presence in motion, listening for what wants to emerge, having the courage to lead from the unknown, and drawing beautiful lines in the world.

To this effect, Nick has also chaired the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on New Models of Leadership; and has written and spoken about, disrupted and decoded…
How you build cultures and ecosystems of innovation.
The art of catalytic leadership.
How to kill soul-sucking meetings (for good).
Through talks, podcasts, labs and tools, Nick is influencing and shaping a new wave of bold and catalytic leaders. People who dare to see the world differently, and change it for real, at scale, with quiet humility.
Whether he’s on a podcast mic, leading a boardroom breakthrough, or lighting up a global stage, Nick brings fearless creativity, irreverent humour, and deeply grounded wisdom.
At the core of it all … Nick holds catalytic spaces – spaces where people drop the masks, put their differences into creative relationship, tap into a wider collective intelligence, and co-create new frontiers, innovations and pathways forward.
In these spaces egos soften, collective intelligence emerges, and new patterns of thought and action arise.
Come to the edge because he’ll meet you there and leap with you.
Radically imaginative. Fiercely grounded. Creatively dangerous.
